ICIL is a Public Limited Company, incorporated in 1988 by its main promoter Mr. Anil Kumar Jain. This initiative was conceived to set up a new 100% export oriented spinning mills with an installed capacity of 26208 spindles, for manufacturing Combed cotton yarn for exports.
Since its very inception, ICIL has been exporting its combed cotton yarn to various countries and has established its niche in the Global market. Because of the impeccable quality of its yarn of international standard and the encouraging response to its products, ICIL felt the need to increase its capacity. The company thereafter increased its installed capacity to 59520 spindles.
Home Textile Division was set up in 2006 first-of-its-kind in the state of Maharashtra. The company has invested in modern technology and equipment across all areas of its operations. The manufacturing technology compares favorably with global standards and offers great speed, versatility, flexibility and quality.
In the year 2008, ICIL acquired M/s Pranavaditya Spinning Mills Ltd. (PSML) which has 20496 spindles, thus the total Spindlage of ICIL Group is 80,016 spindles, producing around 14000 tons of combed cotton yarn per annum.
