How JSW became the lowest cost steel producer in the world?



JSW Steel partnered with Japan's JFE in 2008 to develop technology that  could use the lowest quality iron ore and coal - inputs that wouldn't be accepted by other steel manufacturers.   It got its inputs cheap and became the lowest cost steel producer among companies that do not have captive iron ore and coal mines.
